Good afternoon friends. I wanted to share this short, easy guided meditation with you. I have been doing it every morning this year and have found it very helpful because it reinforces a positive way of thinking.
So before you rush to have breakfast, run to get to class, read over notes for your work meeting or open up Instagram and see how many people have liked your photo, why not take just 2 minutes for yourself to start the day on a positive, confident note and remind yourself how wonderful you are.
