The other day I was not feeling all that great. . . I felt blue.

It didn’t take too long before thoughts of worry and doubt started to enter my mind. I knew that it might have been easier to stay in this foul mood but I didn’t want to ruin the day. I did something that tends to work for me: Finding something (anything!) that makes me smile or laugh. It’s pretty much impossible to have negative thoughts if you are laughing.

This video allowed me to switch my mindset so I could continue the day in a positive way. Whether you are feeling great today or need a pick-me-up, I hope the video below enhances your day.
